Business Operations Sr. Analyst
Location: Carrollton, TXWe are seeking a Business Operations Analyst – Sales to support alignment between customer demand, revenue forecasting, and operational execution. This role requires a sense of urgency and plays a key part in ensuring forecast accuracy, efficient fulfillment, and strong coordination across sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer demand fulfillment and planning with cross-functional leadership
- Lead revenue forecasting across multiple product lines
- Monitor and manage finished goods inventory performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
- Functional leader of ERP/MRP system usage and process improvements
- Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to drive data-based decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or another analytic field
- 3 – 7 years of Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar experience
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Leveraged AI tools and platforms such as Power BI in concert with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Experience in global manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) is a plus
Prefered Skills
- Experience in embedded systems, HMI, or electronic manufacturing services (EMS)
- Exposure to industrial sales cycles

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: In person at Carrollton
